Levelizer® TOTE self-leveling lift station

Pallet build-up and breakdown involve repetitive bending, reaching, and overextension. Levelizer® lift stations, manufactured by Diverse Manufacturing Solutions, solve this with a self-leveling spring system that automatically adjusts the platform height as material is added or removed. Unlike conventional lift tables, they need no manual repositioning or electric controls, and the work stays in the ergonomic "green zone."

All Levelizer® lift stations share the same self-leveling principle, but each model is built for a different job. This guide compares five of them side by side.

Levelizer® Lift Station Comparison

Lift stationHow it worksBest forKey featuresLoad capacity
Levelizer® TOTEA spring-actuated self-leveling platform optimized for totes and containers. It adjusts automatically as product weight changes.Plastic totes, bulk containers, parts bins, cartons, mixed-load pallet build-up, and container staging stations.Patented non-tipping, non-binding design; platform sizes to suit your operation; optional QEST™; custom configurations. From 25 lbs. up to heavy-duty industrial ranges
Levelizer® ZEROA low-profile, spring-actuated self-leveling platform that sits at minimal height so pallet trucks can easily access and position loads.Removing forklifts from production areas, distribution centers, assembly lines, and packaging operations.Pallet truck accessible; no hydraulics or electric; static or portable configurations; patented non-tipping platform.Up to 2,500 lb.
Levelizer® E7 CUBEA hybrid mezzanine safety gate and self-leveling lift station in one integrated workstation system.Mezzanine pallet stations with frequent pallet build-up where safety and ergonomics are both priorities.OSHA 1910.29 compliant fall protection; Lazy Susan 360° rotating platform; adjustable spring system; patented non-tipping platform; patented self-closing hinges.Adjustable spring system for varying loads; contact DMS
Levelizer® PlatformA mobile, spring-actuated self-leveling pallet lift that rolls into position. It can be fitted with an optional hitch for tugger delivery.Lean material delivery, tugger-based internal logistics, warehouse pallet staging, and facilities reducing forklift traffic. No air, hydraulics, or electrical power; patented non-tipping design; optional QEST™.Up to 2,500 lb.
Levelizer® Space SaverA compact pallet lift with Self-Leveling ASL spring technology and a cantilever platform that lets the pallet rotate freely.Compact manufacturing cells, packaging lines, and tight areas that need full pallet access.360° pallet rotation; pallet truck accessible; no air, hydraulics, or electrical power; optional Lazy-Susan; optional QEST™.Contact DMS

How to Choose the Right Levelizer® Lift Station

Are you handling totes, bins, or cartons instead of full pallets?

Choose the Levelizer® TOTE. It is designed for plastic totes, bulk containers, parts bins, cartons, and mixed material loads. It can be configured for specialized tote sizes, container types, and workflow layouts, either as a standalone lift or as part of a larger workstation system.

Do you want to load with a pallet truck instead of a forklift?

The Levelizer® ZERO sits at minimal height so pallet trucks can access it easily, which helps facilities remove forklifts from production areas and reduce traffic hazards. The Space Saver is also pallet truck accessible.

Does the lift need to move, or be fed by a tugger?

The Levelizer® Platform is the mobile option. It rolls into position and can be equipped with an optional hitch for tugger-based delivery, which supports flexible workflow layouts and material staging.

Is floor space tight, or do operators need to reach every side of the pallet?

Choose the Levelizer® Space Saver. Its compact footprint fits limited floor space, and its cantilever platform lets the pallet spin freely. Operators can bring product to them instead of walking around or reaching across the pallet.

Is the pallet station at a mezzanine edge?

Choose the Levelizer® E7 CUBE. It is the only model in this comparison that combines a self-leveling lift with a mezzanine safety gate, providing OSHA 1910.29 compliant fall protection and continuous leading-edge protection while keeping pallet handling in the green zone. For mixed loads of drums, bags, and buckets, the Levelizer® E7-Cube ZERO starts at the zero position for drum off-loading and rises on spring-assisted technology for lighter materials.

Do your product weights change?

The TOTE, Platform, and Space Saver can be equipped with QEST™ (Quick Exchange Spring Technology), which lets operators change lifting capacity quickly so one lift station can handle different product weights. The E7 CUBE uses an adjustable spring system for varying load capacities.

Do you want to avoid hydraulics and electrical power?

The ZERO, Platform, and Space Saver are specified with no hydraulics and no electrical power required, which keeps maintenance simple. The Platform and Space Saver also need no air.

Still Not Sure?

Capacities and platform sizes vary by model and configuration. Contact DMS for exact specifications. Our team can help you decide which Levelizer® self-leveling lift station fits your operation, or you can browse the full Levelizer® lift station line.
