Machine Operator Trainee
Looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who want to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
No experience? No problem.
If you have a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and are willing to learn, we'll provide the training.
What You'll Learn
- Operate modern manufacturing equipment
- Read blueprints and work instructions
- Measure and inspect parts for quality
- Perform machine setup and basic adjustments
- Follow safety and quality procedures
- Work alongside experienced operators and mentors

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Work safely around manufacturing equipment
